Gym Leader Valerie, wishes to feel like a Pokémon. She self-designed her costume in an attempt to identify herself with them, and outfit that weighs 33 pounds. It also is said that she used to be a model and as such can wear incredibly high heels.
My entry into the Trainerdex Twitter collab, Valerie is a tough cookie to draw! Those sleeves! I was sourly tempted to have her dancing in dragonblood instead of being a cute lil lolita girl but...PG ratings won out 8U
